In preparation for the Marathon, the Boston Athletic Association, the organization behind the marathon, also staged a Middle School Relay Race the Saturday prior to the big marathon. A group of our 4th, 5th, and 6th graders sprinted up and down Boylston Street and across the marathon finish line as they held their own against some much older competitors (see photos at right). We are so proud of their enthusiasm and energy!
Lastly, in celebration of the Boston Marathon, the Museum of Science donated 100 tickets to PHA families so that they could enjoy the museum and participate in the marathon related exhibits and activities. We thank the Museum of Science for their generosity.
