Education: Colby College BA in Chemistry, Boston College MEd: Secondary Education (Chemistry)

 

Previous experience: Taught 8th Grade ( Math/Science Epiphany School (2008-2011); PHA (2011-Present)

 

Hobbies and interests: Current interests include training for endurance events (triathlons & marathons) to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, coaching, barre, & Netflix

 

Why did you choose to work at Prospect Hill Academy?: "I grew up in Somerville Public Schools and was lucky enough to have really good science teachers. In college I learned good science education is not something a lot of students get. I wanted to be able to work with and provide students from the area  I grew up in with a good science education."
