PHA is thrilled to be one of only 2 schools in Massachusetts and 160 nationally to receive the inaugural CS100 Award for computer science K-5.

Congratulations to PHA high school varsity debaters Presley (pictured below at right) and Helena (left) who qualified for the 2023 Urban Debate National Championship (UDNC). They are one of only two teams selected to represent the Boston Debate League at the national tournament. The championship will be held March 31- April 2 in Dallas.

Six PHA high school students were recently honored with NCWIT Aspirations in Computing (AiC) awards, recognizing their aptitude and aspirations in technology and computing.

This past Tuesday marked the 100th day of school, and February vacation is now in clear sight. In this month of February, we acknowledge heart health as well as celebrate & illuminate our rich, relevant Black History. Throughout the school year, we provide meaningful Black History learning experiences, including a robust, culturally relevant curriculum.
