PHA will be closed for Winter Recess from Monday, December 23, 2024 through January 1, 2025. Faculty & staff will return for professional development on January 2nd & 3rd. All students will return to school on Monday, January 6th. We wish everyone a restful and rejuvenating winter break!

During the spring of 2024, PHA worked with the Urban Collaborative to examine our special education systems in order to provide the most effective, inclusive, and equitable supports and services to all students with disabilities at PHA. The SEPAC is pleased to host representatives from the Urban Collaborative and Alison Bradley, Director of Student Services at PHA during the December 18 meeting. Please consider joining this virtual event to hear more about the results of the program review.

Dear Families,
I am grateful for each of you during this season of gratitude and giving. We each bring our own unique cultural and lived experiences to our richly diverse and inclusive community. Our holiday festivities and traditional/cultural feasts may vary from culture to culture. For many of us, Thanksgiving is a time to gather with friends and family and be thankful for all the goodness in our lives -- especially the people.

Our next Thrive Thursday Dinner is this Thursday 12/19! All PHA community members are invited to share a free, delicious, hot dinner together! Join us from 5:30 - 7:00 PM in the Early Childhood Cafeteria (15 Webster Ave, Somerville).
